Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges.

Please email hello@rosacea.ie prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly delivered or proved to be faulty. In which case, only reasonable postage will be refunded (not Special Delivery). For your own security and peace of mind we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Finca skin organics Ltd do not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

On receiving your goods we will process the return and email to confirm the course of action. 

Refunds will be made using your original payment method.
